BACKGROUND

Getting to Know Us

Hicks-Woode helps inward investors establish themselves in Malaysia by providing corporate secretarial, accounting and consulting services. We also provide specialised corporate secretarial services to local companies and corporate groups en-route to listing on the stock exchange of Malaysia (Bursa) or other stock exchanges.

Since our incorporation on 21 April 1995, Hicks-Woode’s staff force has grown from a 5-man team to a 30-staff force. All our professional staff are either full members or finalists of the Malaysian Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), with various professional experience.

Supported by a strong team of professional staff, we are committed in providing quality service in a glocal (global yet local) environment to our clients. Currently, Hicks-Woode has over 1,000 clients from varied industries, including more than 20 public listed clients.
